Description
Sat down and starting watching Cowboy Bebop again (for the billionth time lol XD) and it motivated me to get this ATC done. Spike Spiegel, wonderful character to the core. Currently this card is available for trade for something just as cool. 
Spike is made with Prisma Colored Pencils, which has then been Rubber Cemented to some Bristol Board with a little bit of water-coloring for the background. ^.^
